If Your Building Has Already Approved OneSource:

Step 1: We coordinate directly with you to organize the group purchase.
Step 2: Interested condo owners sign up to participate.
Step 3: We schedule individual home measurements.
Step 4: Group orders are placed and installation begins.

 If OneSource Is Not Yet an Approved Vendor:

Step 1: We work with your condominium board to facilitate OneSource’s approval as a trusted contractor, managing all necessary documentation and compliance processes.
Step 2: Once approved, we help promote the program by offering product demos and sales presentations to residents.

Step 3: Interested owners sign up to participate.
Step 4: We schedule home measurements and begin the ordering and installation process.
